The STRONG Relationship Model is based on the SIX core areas of a STRONG relationship. By moving through the levels with your partner, you will discover and uncover the richness that a fully connected and intimate relationship has to offer.

Based on Biology, Attachment Styles, Philosophy, Marital Strength studies and  Adversity research, the STRONG model will help you and your partner build a relationship that will last a lifetime.

Gottman Therapy is one of the most successful, data-based, methodologically sound forms of marital therapy available today. Backed by decades of research on "master" and "disaster" couples, The Gottman Assessment will give you a full overview of your relationship with your spouse and show you the strengths as well as the growth areas of your marriage.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy  is a short-term form of therapy that focuses on adult relationships and attachment/bonding. The therapist and clients look at patterns in the relationship and take steps to create a more secure bond and develop more trust to move the relationship in a healthier, more positive direction.

Sex Therapy is tailored specifically to address issues around the sexual functioning of an individual or couple. Topics explored include sexual education, couples' desire discrepancies, sex drive, sexual trauma, sexual inhibitions and body image issues, sexual orientation, kink and alternative lifestyle options, sexual performance and satisfaction issues, and sexual intimacy.
